What to expect at your visits​?

​

• During the Initial visit, please plan for at least  1.5 - 2 hours to spend in the office (paper work, a detailed intake and acupuncture treatment will be completed).​   ​​​​​

• Follow up visits last about 1 hour.

• ​At each visit, your tongue will be looked at (if can remember, try not to brush it before coming) and your wrist pulse felt.

• The last 20-30 minutes of each visit is the time spent with the acupuncture; the time to relax.

• Eat a meal (not too big) or snack before treatment.

• Wear or bring loose fitting clothes.

• It's not uncommon after treatment to feel euphoric and very relaxed.​
